First the good. We are here, room 2007.
The bad. Well sorta. I do not have a crib to expo.
I worked though the entire night and have put in a ton of work on it over the last week, but it wasent enough. At noon on wed (2 hours after we were susposed to leave)I discovered that I somehow got hot rolled steel. The hot rolled steel has too much spring to it and is unsuitable for the gate rails. It flops around too much and has no real ridigdity. So basicly with none of the finish sanding done or the right steel to rectifty the problem I decided to cut my losses and just get cleaned up and fi the crib when we get back. Lil pup already wants it so I'm not worried about moving it, though I would have really liked to show off just how amazingly sturdy it is. with the gates in there was basicly no movement in the structure.
So, either way. it turned out to be a decent day
