We'll it's official. The roommates are moving at the end of the month for reasons unknown, but were kind enough to at least let me know 3 weeks in advance. :> Their move out date is the end of the month, and I will be hoping to fill that space as soon as possible thereafter or at the start of November.
So at this point I'm looking for 1 or 2 new roommates. Preferably babyfur, but at least friendly to thoes that are inclined that way.
I have a 3 story victorian townhome in Troy Hill, Pittsburgh. The house is on the 2nd tallest hill in Pittsburgh and has a beautyful view overlooking the city. It offers over 2500 Sq Ft. of living space, and was built around the turn of the century, making it a very neat old house. In addition to being quite spacious it also bosts a large backyard, and a garage that is avaliable as well if you do own your own transportation.
Transportation to and from my home is very easy as well, with 1 bus access to downtown and another bus from there to just about any surrounding area of pittsburgh. Additionaly Pittsburgh is hungey for skilled and unskilled labor alike. I will warn you thouhg the IT industry is rather dry around here at the moment, although there are plenty of employment oppourtinuties all around the city that are non-IT.
Rent is extremly modest at only 175 a month + fair share of utilities and internet. So for under 300 a month you can confortably live in a relativly nice negiborhood, have exclent access to the city, and enjoy all the ammenities of a much more expensive home.
About myself. I'm in my early 20's, very friendly and outgoing, and accepting of nearly anything short of ileagal. I'm a comupter tech for a local Best Buy, and enjoy outdoor sports, computers, and gaming. I'm relativly easy to live with if you let me know whats up.
